An extra wide, extra large, north facing rear, flat building block in a street close to the shops, beach and with minimal traffic - as far as blocks go it doesn't get much better. Being picky you have villa units as a neighbour and Black Rock itself is lacking in quality public transport. Rated as land only as the house looks a bulldozer job.
