A great renovation to an original Edwardian single-level home which has been placed irregularly on the block. Although the rear aspect to the property is south-facing, the house is light-and-bright and offers wonderful entertainment options externally. Bedrooms are well separated, yet some may find these rooms (apart from the master bedroom) a little small. A clear highlight is the rear open plan living area - it is hard to fault - tall ceilings, light and a great size. This is complimented well by the formal areas to the front of the house. Although there is plenty of space for off-street car parking - there is no garaging and that might be a concern for some, at this price point.  Position is very good - Kerferd is one of Malvern East's best streets - tree-lined, wide and feature's mainly substantial family homes of original character.
