I like this as a well-priced home on good land with a good build (repro) that has good sized rooms, very livable as is with the option to improve the kitchen area.
 
Front and rear access – room for a pool or revamping oversized garaged into more accommodation (STCA) as the building is well placed on the block.
 
Master is acceptable as are all bedrooms for a family with good separation or togetherness possible depending on children's ages.
 
Location is improving due to shops and tram and local schools.
 
All up hard to fault at this price.
