This is a single fronted Victorian that has been well renovated, offering great space inside. The floor plan is typical for this type of property and the renovation has been well executed. All the rooms are in the right position although there may be some concerns with the bathroom position, the bedrooms seem small and the main bedroom would benefit from a walk-in robe. Otherwise there is a good feel about this home, some thoughtful detailing and clever space optimisation.The rear opens up on a small outdoor area as the rear off street parking uses half of the space.  Some screening of the off street parking area will improve the view from the living area. The rear access of the property is accessible via a drive way that can be tricky fit for a family car - depending on individual needs, this car area could be used as a lovely outdoor area.  That's being said, the main concerns for buyers might be the bathroom position and the European laundry in the kitchen.This home would suit professional couples looking for a lovely renovated period home or alternatively, maybe those with one or two older children who no longer require a big yard and want the convenience of shops, dining and transport at their door step.
