Other than the facade this property needs total renovation.

 What I do like is the street which has a lot of similar styled properties in various stages of renovation.

What is missing is that really close by cafe, sure there are plenty in the area, not just in easy walking distance.

The property itself will be popular because of its location, its affordability and its opportunity to add your own mark.
