Wow! Situated not far from the beach, this high quality, cleverly-designed home really makes a statement. Having the pool as a central point around which the house curves is quite unique. Although the rear is south-facing, it receives good natural light, even in less-than-perfect weather conditions (as there were whilst inspecting).
