Comments on 8 Queens Road SORRENTO

Position – There are three key positional types in Portsea/Sorrento
- private back beach
- clifftop
- near the action (main streets).
This is almost as good as it gets for the latter – near the action.

Property – Not your traditional beach house flavour – more a CBD Bayside type home – nothing wrong with that. Flow, light, views and everything you want is there – feeling of atmosphere could be added – the home is a “middle of the road” leaning to good quality build. Will it date? Yep in 10 years. Will that worry you?

Price – The price seems fair in terms of the quote and in a different market this would not get there, despite the position, however the world post covid has changed for shiny new lifestyle properties (for now) and so who really knows where this will end up.
