Good separation of bedrooms for guests and family from master, could possibly expand living into the rear outdoor area – which you can improve on – in fact you can improve on all of this home – make it your own – update as you will (it needs some, but the bones are there) and when finished it will be still be a rare offering and worth more.
 
Court location – no through traffic – really has a commanding presence on the street – a lot to like about this home.
 
So how much? Well, what do you compare it to?
This will go for more than some of the full block homes – why? It’s what people want – lock n leave and single-level and if you want to remain in the area – how many alternatives do you have?
Almost everything we looked at was double story and with no presence, no humanity – hard up against others – this is a rare bird and in this market and in fact, even in weaker markets this home should go well above expectations, whilst this type of desirable home remains in such short supply.
