House is very pretty from the front (Victorian symmetry will do that) and the feel is good internally. Northern rear orientation is another plus - light floods in to the living areas and bathes the backyard - outlook to this area is special. Yet small-ish in size this house is hard to fault. Victoria Road does carry traffic and some may find the rear car access a little tricky.
