This area for me is named Brighton East - but effectively its Bentleigh West and as long as the pricing reflects that, then ok.
Initially it didn't grab despite the facade, however as I worked through the plusses and minuses a bit more, it got better in my mind - especially if you are looking for a well priced entertainers home, not much over $2m.
It could be a good entry level home - it does have the bedrooms and it does have the living spaces - albeit feels a little squashy and the flow is only just average.
The no garage situation is only a negative if you're a luxury car driver as there is space and possible some car garaging arrangement could be looked at (STCA)
The almost no yard (taken up by a pool) is actually not really an issue when you see the park at the end of your street - which is a big tick - go Vampires!!
