Double storey modern home located in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to Mont Albert Station, walking distance to Mont Albert Primary School, and easy access to shops and the Eastern Freeway. This property offers a flexible floorplan where all the rooms are in the right position. There are several living areas downstairs: study, formal sitting, open family room and kitchen at the rear overlooking a neat and tidy garden. Each of these rooms are well positioned to take in the light from the north and this give a good feeling when you are inside. Upstairs overall works well with the main bedroom (ensuite and a good size walk-in robe), three other bedrooms, a bath and a children's retreat. The main concern from a buyer perspective might be the size of the two rear bedrooms: the position of a double bed might be a challenge but this will depend on individual needs.
