Comments on 75 Coppin Street MALVERN EAST

I think I would only just repeat what was said on the video.

Position A maybe A-

Price: It should go for more than the quote.

Land: I think it's great - maybe the rear yard a little small - but not really.

Home: Brilliant on so many fronts and it feels a family home expertly done, not a soulless trophy home that simply looks good.

CONSIDERATION: Whilst all neighbours to the immediate east appear to be owned by different owners - they lie in a different zoning - growth zone - which means it is possible to one day see apartments here to 3 levels, not 2 - as there is history on Burke Road of this happening. It seems unlikely but 63 Burke Road, adjacent to the rear, is a block of 1000 sqm.
