If ever a home’s value was best summed up by an aerial shot, then this is it. 

On first look this is one of the better Kew investment blocks I have seen - all the PPPs - price, property, and position.

Location, location, location, and no Heritage plus views and on the right side of the street and you could easily dig an underground garage in on a new build (STCA).
 
And it’s very rentable and in the $3’s, the price is ok plus neighbours are great.
 
The strongest competition will come from Asian families and builders for Asian families who see a great new build walking distance to schools.
 
This is a good home to consider for anybody – as overcapitalization is less likely.
